• Services outside of Sydney / Melbourne metropolitan areas may incur additional travel charges
• Services scope limited to that outlined in Technical Services Request (TSR) document
• Services available as part of hardware / software purchase only
• A minimum of 1 week’s notice is required for resource scheduling
